"Sakura had always been worried about Naruto, but her actions towards Naruto seem to have a different feel from before, she seems very anxious about Naruto...
How does she feel about Sasuke-kun?"
Kishimoto-sensei:
"As for Sakura... Sasuke... what about Sasuke? Naruto is close and she worries about Naruto as well, but as expected, she [loves] Sasuke.
Because of this, she acted quite haughty towards that guy.
She used Naruto's love for her and told him she loved him.
On the contrary.... I felt like depicting an honest girl, with a surprisingly stubborn impression.
So... she became such a character, but... well... from here on, maybe I should draw her showing a bit more spirit.
I figured I had placed her in a heroin-like situation
But from the readers I was told harshly that she wasn't heroin-ish at all
Perhaps I should show depict her a bit more like a heroin
Because you say 'Hinata Hinata,' I say 'She's not Hinata' "

Kishimoto-sensei:
"Well, an unpleasant person is an unpleasant person, but the feeling I was trying to depict is that you could say "after this, [my opinion of her] has gone up a bit... yeah"

"Will Naruto become Hokage?"
Kishimoto-sensei:
"Hokage... Ah yes, that was the original idea... ah... but... what if it isn't going to be him?"
About Shikamaru:
"Hey! Is that okay? Saying something like that?"

"But... if not, what would be the best thing to do, hm?"

Kishimoto: "I can't speak to what happens with the Danzou fight, but there'll be some things happening within Taka (dissent?) and the look in Sasuke's eyes will grow more and more evil. I've just recently decided on such a course of the story" (these words make it seem as if the Sasuke-related part isn't really decided upon, so take this part with a grain of salt).
Sugiyama: "What will happen to Sasuke after fighting Danzou?"
Kishimoto: "The ending of the Danzou fight will determine Sasuke's coming development (whether it be his movement or his intentions)"
Morikubo-san: "Will Shikamaru have a love/romance?"
Kishimoto: "I don't want to write that for Shikamaru"
Takeuchi-san: "Naruto will be Hokage, right?!"
Kishimoto: "I think but (if I write that) that would be the last thing"
Takeuchi-san: "Will Naruto and Sasuke fight?"
Kishimoto: "I'm thinking they'll fight, but if/when I write that, (the story) would be something like the last thing right..."
Kishimoto: "Naruto will be training again. Next year would be Kakashi's year"
