They even have the same blood type (B). Also, during the confrontation between Uchiha Itachi and Hatake Kakashi, Itachi refers to Naruto as the Fourth's legacy. Furthermore, when Naruto was forced to release his Kyūbi chakra, Jiraiya pushed Naruto off of a cliff and said, "forgive me, Fourth". However, the latter two may be references to the Kyūbi seal, rather than Naruto's relation to the Fourth.
