for account security, we need you to provide verification of your billing information and a receipt for the most recent gift certificate redeemed to your account as the account is currently disabled for redeeming a disputed gift certificate.
Please send the credit card statement showing only the last four numbers of your credit card and your billing information. This information should match what is on your PSN account. If you are using a debit card and your statement does not show the last four numbers of your card, you should include a part of your statement that shows a recent PSN purchase in addition to the billing information. Please note that cut-and-paste text is not acceptable. You should provide a scanned image, PDF, or photo of the original statement. If the statement is in a language other than English, please have the customer highlight or circle the card number and billing information before sending it in.
