-Phần đi thường có 4 hệ: Very easy, easy, normal, hard, mỗi độ khó thì save mỗi màu, Very Easy màu tím, Normal màu trắng, Hard màu đỏ
-Phần đi Invisible enemy (các zombies đều vô hình chỉ khi bị cắn mới hiện ra) có 3 hệ: Easy, normal, hard, mỗi độ khó thì save mỗi màu, Hard màu cam
-Phần đi Real Survival kiểu Prototype, đồ cất ở thùng đồ nào sẽ lấy ở thùng đồ đó không liên thông với nhau
-Phần đi Once Again với nhân vật khác sau khi hoàn thành nhân vật trước đó sẽ có 1 zombies tên là Forest xuất hiện bất kỳ lúc nào trong game, chỉ được tránh ko được bắn.
-Hoàn thành game 1 lần sẽ cho chìa khóa phòng thay đồ, dù trước khi bắt đầu game ta đã được chọn trang phục nhưng có thể vào phòng đó để đổi bất kỳ lúc nào.

-Chơi game dưới 3h sẽ nhận được khẩu Rocket Launcher
-Chơi game dưới 5h sẽ nhận được khẩu súng luc Kendo của Barry
-Game có tất cả 12 kết thúc cho 2 nhận vật
-Cách unlock các kết thúc là cứ cứu hết nhân vật, chờ khi 3 nhân vật tụ lại ở sân bay, cứ để cho tyrant giết 1 ng, 2 người, bạn sẽ có nhiều kết thúc khác nhau.
-Sau khi hoàn thành tất cả các màn chơi thường, Invisible mode bạn sẽ được xem tâm thư của Shinji mikami gửi tới các gamer hoài cổ dòng game này, được cho xem những tấm hình thiết kế trang phục cho các nhân vật nhưng vì quá xấu nên ko được đưa vào game, vd Christ trong trang phục karate ....
