I cannot speak thai but I tracked dơwn the ẻnglish patch maker from another forum to this one. I checked the old threads but all the links are dơwn.

Is there an english patch for rtk9 pk? If not, does anyone have a link to the báse rtk9 and it's english patch?

no translation for PK, if you want full english game, you can try RTK 9 on ps2
