haha that was what i did and received a 0/5 for that question. I couldnt touch the bag, the bottle, or the swing and rope so wtf to do lol. Also the straw will bend after ~500N of force pushing bothways and according to the rules the straw cant touch the bag lol.
i asked my math teacher for advice, he had trouble with it too and gave up =))=))
 
question - using the straw only, explain in the principles of physics the steps needed to make the sandbag swing in a way that it will hit the beer bottle and knock it over.
Note - you are not allowed to touch the rope, the sandbag, the swing, or the beer bottle.

Whats the height of the bottle ? And whats the distance from the ground to the sandbag?
Yes I major in physics but i dont think this is a real physics question, just sort of a tricky one...
