Balance
-[Mana Shield] has been modified.
*Main character's that have completed the Lvl. 120 Upgrade can obtain up to Lvl. 50 Mana Shield.
*Main characters that have reached Lvl. 140 can obtain up to Lvl. 60 Mana Shield.
-[Blood Vengeance] has been modified.
*[Blood Vengeance] can now be used on boss monsters and main characters.
*However it cannot be used in Free League, Colosseum League, or Championships.
-Damage of [Mana Seal]/[Seal Staff] has increased.
-The Damage and attack power debuff of Signet/Weapon breaking spells (Shattered Sword, Broken Spear, etc.) have increased effectiveness.
-Max level of [Hwarang's Fury] and [Hallucination] now have increased effects, similar to other spells.
*In competition, the spells will work as they normally do.
-Opposing force elements in TBS have been modified, their damage has also been reduced.
-Action Power of Spear Mains who complete their Level 120 Upgrade Quest will increase to 75-90.
-An issue with incorrect MP consumption with the spell [Healing] that occurred after the Lvl. 130 upgrade has been fixed.
-The life draining effects of [Vampiric Thirst] and [Dusk Elegy] will increase based on the upgrade level and magic level of the character.
-[Tarkan's Will] will no longer use Action Power.
-Turn duration will increase dramatically upon using [Tarkan's Will].
*When not upgraded, turn duration will remain the same. However, if upgraded, the increased amount will be based on the upgrade level.
*In Competition, Colosseum, and Spelltower, turn duration will not increase.
-The turn duration for [Cleaving Blows] will be increased TBS, normal battles, and Spelltower. This effect will not be applied to competition.

Flame Spear] has been modified.
*Normal Battles - Action Power debuff has been added.
*Free League/Championship - Action Power debuff has been added. The reduced amount is higher than that of Lightning Spear.
*Colosseum - Damage has been increased and an Action Power debuff has been added.
Competition
-Magic has been added to the Championship Mounts.
*During an attack, [Shadow Lance] will activate at a set rate and attack all enemies.
-Competition has been revamped.
-During competition characters Level 140 or higher will have their level fixed at 140.
*All other additional stats based on level will not be applied.

Even if the Level 140 upgrade was completed, the characters max magic level will not be increased in competition.
*Excluding some types of magic, most other passive and active magic will be fixed to a max rate of 70 and 100.
-In competition, the effects of the 140 upgrade and 150 upgrade are decreased.
-Effects applied through the use of Talent skills will be modified in competition.
*The talent skills will have a decreased effect in Colosseum competition.
-All character's physical attack power will decrease.
*Physical attack power will decrease depending on the weapon and mercenary type.

Attack power buffs will have a decreased effect.
*Attack power debuffs will have a decreased effect.
*In Colosseum, however, base physical attack power will remain unchanged.

Magic spell damage will have a decreased effect.
*Damage done from piercing damage will have a decreased effect.
*Some magic spells will have an increased effect.

The amount of HP recovered from healing spells will have a decreased effect.
*Healing spells that recover HP over time will have a decreased effect.
-Physical Defense, Magic Defense, Accuracy, and Critical Hit buffs will have decreased effects.
-Damage of [Hell Flame] is increased.
-Physical Attack Power is decreased in competition.
*The effects and stats provided by equipment is decreased.
-Main Character's specializations are modified in Competition.
