Character info now displays the critical rate stat.
Critical rate is dependent on your dexterity, the difference of your dex and the enemy's dex will cause further alternation.
Strength will now increase your defense.
Base stats have further influence on the damage of that merc type. (more str will grant more damage to melee, dex for range, int for casters)

Some rewards have been adjusted to suit the new rank.

Some Mercs have special physical defense properties added, giving them different defense values.
Magic Defense (mdef) has had its values recalculated, all Mercenaries mdef reduced, spell damage and healing value readjusted.
