Sắp có update mới này có nhiều cái đáng quan tâm đấy
Later this month we’ll be making a fairly significant update to Dead Zone that will overhaul the Player vs Player system and the Compound. Here’s the rundown of what’s planned:
Connecting Barricades
Barricades will be able to connect to other barricades. This allows for much more defensive setups where direct access to the compound can be blocked.
Barricades as Rally Points
Players will be able to set survivors to positions behind a barricade. The barricade will act as defensive cover for the survivor. Survivors will be hidden from attackers view and will only stand to fire when the attacker is in range. Melee survivors will be able to attack over the barricade without moving from their position.
Destructible Barricades
As barricades will be able to block paths, they will be destructible allowing enemies to pass through them. Higher level barricades will provide better protection and durability. Melee weapons will have a large advantage when attacking barricades. When a barricade is destroyed, it will take time to repair.
Gates
These new security buildings are interactive and can be opened and closed during attacks by infected. Opening the gates might be a viable tactic rather than having them destroy your defenses.
Improved Pathing / AI
A large overhaul of the pathing system is happening to make enemies more efficient and deadly. Infected will block paths meaning that when surrounded survivors will either need to fight their way out or die.
Neighborhood Overhaul
Empty and inactive neighborhoods have been a problem for a while. We’re looking to overhaul the system and make sure that players have active players around them at all times. It’s a complex system and one that takes some time to get right.
Level 20-23 Area
Around the same time as the above updates are released, we’re hoping to have the first of around 10 new suburbs open that will include some Level 20+ content. It will include
