Hallo my friends!!!

As I promised I'm not disappeared after elections... eheheh... Once more thanks a lot for choosing me!

Here there are my very first impressions about our team:

POINTS OF STRONGNESS:

1. Our National Team, globally talking, is not so bad as I thought. There are several players who are mythical and still are trained, so we can hope to have very soon our first divine players... ::)
2. We have a strong enough midfield, and a quite good attacking and defense.

3. We will be able to be very flexible in our tactics, because we have the right players to do them.

POINTS OF WEAKNESS:

1. I am not very satisfacted with the goalkeepers we have right now. Just one is good enough and still trained. Maybe we will pick one from the U20 team soon.

2. We don't have any specialist for the Set Pieces. A player with very high Set Pieces is fundamental to try to get a lot of Special Events.

3. Our coach is an attacking coach, but I am considering to find a new one, maybe balanced or defensive, because our team cannot support an attacking coach.

It's enough for the moment. I am thinking about some changes to make in the squad, but I have to talk to Manbay first.

Hope we make a good match against Bolivia but above all against Serbia, but about this we will talk the next time... :

Như tôi đã hứa nên tôi sẽ không "biệt tích" sau khi trúng cử. Một lần nữa tôi xin cảm ơn những người đã lựa chọn tôi. Đây là những nhận xét đầu tiên của tôi về đội tuyển của chúng ta:

1- Những điểm mạnh:
- Đội tuyển quốc gia của chúng ta nói chung không yếu như tôi tưởng tượng. Có một vài cầu thủ đã lên tới trình độ Mythical và vẫn đang được Trann tiếp do đó chúng ta có thể nghĩ đến cầu thủ đầu tiên đạt đến Divine trong tương lai gần

.
- Chúng ta có một hàng tiền vệ đủ mạnh và hàng công cũng như thủ khá mạnh.
- Chúng ta sẽ có được một chiến thuật đa dạng vì chúng ta có những cầu thủ phù hợp để chúng ta có thể làm được.

2- Những điểm yếu:
- Tôi không hài lòng lắm ở vị trí thủ môn. Chỉ có một người và vẫn đang được Trann. Có thể tôi sẽ đưa cậu ta từ đội U20 lên trong thời gian tới.
- Chúng ta không có một cầu thủ nào cho vị trí Set Pieces. Một cầu thủ có chỉ số sút phạt rất cao là Fundamental đang được tập các kỹ năng đặc biệt.
- HLV của chúng ta là thiên về tấn công nhưng tôi nghĩ tôi cần tìm một người khác có thể là cân bằng hoặc thiên vềp phòng ngự vì đội chúng ta không phù hợp với một HLV thiên về tấn công.

Đó là hiện tại. Tôi nghĩ tôi sẽ có một vài thay đổi trong đội hình nhưng tôi sẽ trao đổi với Manbay trước.

Hi vọng chúng ta sẽ có một kết quả tốt đẹp trong trận làm khách gặp Bolivia và cả Serbia nhưng ta sẽ nói về nó trong lần tới ...

có 1 vài chỗ 3007 dịch sai, gà vàng xin sửa lại như sau:

Hai câu cuối thì không cần nhưng hai câu trên là cần thiết đó chứ? 3077 dịch sai hẳn nghĩa mà. Có gì đâu, sai thì sửa, có người chỉ cho mình sai thì càng tốt chứ sao. Dù thế nào dám dịch và tích cực dịch là một điều tốt mà.

Tui cũng nghĩ thế, cám ơn gà vàng. Nhưng đội tui bị "lock tạm thời" rồi. Mất hết cả hứng thú lên viết bài

. Đang viết thư năn nỉ GM, nó cho mình thời hạn 1 tuần để phản đối. Lock 2 đội 1 lúc mới đau chứ

I had send Yang to NT team but you still not call him. I hope Shaw and Yang will play to best for NT because they just played for U20 in near future both. After, Jia introduced to NT team too.

you can use Guod for this position. More experience, high shooting skill, has technique speciality and set pieces enough in fundamental -> the best choice. If you need, you can ask his owner train set piece for him some weeks (but I think score training is better).

I know that you have played a "unusual" tactic to confuse the next opponent. Good luck

I saw his last match and know that they are a strong team but his TS was "furious", I think this is our advantage, isn't it? So good luck to you for a good result (a draw is also nice)

As I also answered You in HT-Mail, Jia is already in the NT. I was really willing to call Yang too, but his coach decided to put him on sale, and now there is the risk that he goes in a team who doesn't train him anymore... So I am trying to find a goalkeeper trainer who buys him.
Same thing for Guod. I like him very much, but his owner just want him to be called in the team, to sell him for more money. He doesn't want to train him anymore, I asked him... So with my great displeasure I will not call him, also because we have a player with excellent setpieces in the team. Will try to train him in SP.

For what about the coach, can You please release him? You can take Tocster coach (he will be neutral too) that will be promoted in the next days...

Do You think I could pick for the WC the other U20 keeper? Is he better or worst than Yang?

Yes, against Bolivia we played a very unusual tactic to confuse the Serbian Coach... This is a war, and everything we can use to fight is good... :

Unfortunately now their TS is "furious", but on Monday there will be a TS reset, so we all will start with the same TS the WC.

Anyway I strongly think Serbia will Play It Cool against us, and we will Play It Normal. So we still will have a little advantage... :

Ok, my friends...

We are on Wednesday and it's time to start thinking about our big-match against Serbia...

The first question to talk about is: should we Play It Normal or should we play Match Of The Season?
Serbia will Play It Cool against us, I am pretty sure about this, so if we play MOTS we have good possibilities to get a lot of possession.
But if we play MOTS, we will have a very low Team Spirit in the following two matches against Trinidad and Tobago and against Guatemala. And as we are forced to PIC aginst them, maybe we could have some problems...

The question can be said in few words: should we risk against Serbia (if we want to try to qualify we need a win against them!) and also risk against T&T and Guatemala, or should we not take any risk at all?

I really would like to hear Your opinion about this...

As i knew, the players of both T&T and Guatemala are not as good as ours, so how do u think? As my opinion, we have to play MOTS in the upcoming match to defeat Serbia......

Of course T&T and Guatemala are not a problem for our team, but if we have a -2 TS level and they have a +3 (home playing + PIC in the first match) could mean that we have a -5 in the midfield ratings... That could be a risk...

yeah, I think we should keep TSI to play PIC in the next 2 matches.
Against Serbia, in my opinion, I think we could use a tactic like this match 46012508,

or like this:

3-5-2 formation (ATM tactic) with
3 DF (2 off) 5 inner (2 off) 2 FW

or

3-4-3 formation (ATM tactic) with:
3 DF (2 off) 4 inner (2 off) 3 FW

I think we should focus on the midfield to possess the match, with a strong FW, we could do score

I don't think Serbia will use PIC to against us

, i think they will use normal because PIC is risk and they can lost . Such as you know they very need 3 points to can go to second round ::) .

Yes, I agree with bilgate.
I think Serbia will play normal against us, then MOTS the next match before having 2 matches to play PIC.
But anyway, I strongly think we should focus on the midfield, that could be a risk but I think that's the way for us to win this match.

And how about a line up with 6 IN and 4 FW?
