I answer here for You and Bilgate too...
Serbia needs much more the 3 points against Malaysia. If they don't PIC against us, and Malaysia does, they will have a total -3 in midfield levels against Malaysia, and I don't think they want this... So in his place I would risk against us and then MOTS against Malaysia... Don't forget that they don't have all this fear of us... (and this could be their grave... :D :D ).

For what about the tactics, as You all know I don't like the "all midfield" tactics, because this means You will get one goal for each opportunities the Serbia has. Also if we could be able to get 70% of possession, that means Serbia still has 2-3 scoring opportunities. So are we so sure that also having 6-7 scoring opportunities we will be able to score at least 3-4? I'm not...

So my choice will probably be to play with a 3-5-2 tactic with 4 IM and one offensive wing. This means we will have 6 scoring opportunities against Serbia 4 opportunities. If both score 50% we could win 3-2... :;) :D

The only thing that could bring me towards a 2-5-3 with 2 offensive CD would be if our 2 best defenders, who are now ịnured, will not be ready for tomorrow...

What do You think about this?

3-5-2 with 4 IM and 1 off Winger is good but I think you should play one more offensive CD to improve our midfield
Is it good to concentrate on one side attack? I see that their central defense is weaker than 2 side when play 3 defenders... Whatever, I'm not so good in the tactic so it's up to you and good luck ::)

Hi!

Another offensive CD would make our defense too weak...
I think the tactic we played was the best possible in this moment against a so strong opponent... And if only we were a little bit more lucky...
::(

But I am happy for our match and our result... The NT coach of Finland wrote me to congratulate for the nice match and the good result...

yeah, I've just seen that the result was 1-1.
That's not a bad result against a stronger team with arena advanced.
But the TS now is furious and what would you do the next match?
Play normal or PIC?
are you sure that we'll get 3 points with PIC?

Only death is sure in the life... eheheh... :D :;) :p

But I am quite relaxed about the match with PIC against Trinidad & Tobago. Then of course some random can make us bad surprises, but on the paper we should win without big problems...

But I think like you, with Trinidad & Tobago, this is the match of relax ( may be :D) and we must play PIC, if we want increase the spirit.

This is another sure thing: we MUST play PIC... And we will...

:D

The tactics for tomorrow are quite forced: we need a strong midfield not to loose possession because of low Team Spirit. We need some defense to avoid they would score their few opportunities. We need strong attacks to score our goal opportunities.
So we will, once again, go for a 3-5-2 with 4 inner midfielders and 1 offensive winger. And PIC, of course...

Then we just need to cross our fingers and hope that the "random-hattrick" doesn't put its hand in our match... :;)

Ok, we did it...

Not in a so brilliant way (what a boring second half!!!) but we PICed the match and we won without any problem...

The defeat of Serbia pushes us on the top of the ranking...

Well, Suomi and Malaysia have just 1 match played, I know, but I like this sensation anyway...

The National Teams don't have training, so I can also use 4 IM and nothing happens. In a normal club team I would use a wing TM instead...
But if we can use 4 IM... why not?

Guatemala played MOTS (and lost the match) yesterday, so we will have an higher Team Spirit next week... ::)

We can say that the MOTS against Serbia gave us no problems... :;)

With a win against Guatemala we could stay for another week at the top ò the ranking, and this is something I really like...
Of course it will be very difficult to play against Suomi and Malaysia, but for the moment I enjoy being the leaders... :;) :D :hug:

They have a little worst Team Spirit, and if You add that we play at home we will have a certain advantage...

Match against Guatemala could seem an easy match for us, but I don't believe so...

How will they play against them? It's a little bit difficult to understand... The question is: will they go for a normal match or will they go for an extra defensive match trying to get a draw playing PIC?

I am really in troubles thinking about this... Let's stay here and will see what I am going for...

Ya, a normal match but a great result and we're still on the top :D
And the next match we'll play against a very tough team, Soumi. His TS is satisfied now and more when play against Guatemala, so I think home advantage of us won't help too much...

So what do you think about this match?

It will be a quite impossible match for us... But the fact that we have nothing to loose gives me the opportunity of inventing something particular...

This week I will play the match using the players that played less in the last matches...
This for several reasons:

1. I want to try them
2. I want to reward the owners of the players giving them a week of wage paid
3. Because I can't risk an injury of one of our best players

Maybe this could bring us to a defeat tonight, but as You can read above there are good reasons about playing tonight's match in that way...

1-3 not a bad result against Soumi, but anyway, we didn't win (if don't want to say can't win :D), they're too strong. I think this match you should concentrate on one side attack and use the other side's midfielder to defending ::) just my opinion :p

and the next is Malaysia, their TS is delirious so we can't beat him at midfield, so you'll try a defense formation and pressing or CA?
