Topic: Economy - The final fix
Hopefully by now, everyone using the stock market now understands how it operates. Our main aim was to create a player to player trading stock market. Shares you buy, will have to be sold later to another player if they want to buy them.

We've now made the final step in our plans, and removed the NPC buying system. This system automatically bought shares once they had been up for sale for a long amount of time - Meaning someone could ride a stock all the way up, and simply sell back to the system over a couple of days introducing nearly as much money in to the economy as the old stock market.

I'm very confident in saying: This will finally bring the economy under control, and in a few months time, the crisis will be over.

I hope the players using the NPC buying system are not too put off from using the stock market now. You'll have to actually play it, selling your shares at the right times, and predict the patterns. Not simply sell when it starts going down. The stock market will always be a pretty safe haven to store your money, and shares you buy will of course always be bought at some point in time by other players.

If you have any ideas for improving the stock market further, please post in the suggestions forum. We're always open to ideas.

This will not go live for 3 days, the NPC will continue buying shares until the 15th

Protips:
- Chỉ chơi craps không đên hết ticket thì mới có lời được.

Leave là được nhiều exp nhất. Mug thì được ít exp hơn (không rõ là bao nhiêu). Hospitalize thì không được exp, trừ khi claim bounty thì hình như là được một ít.

We're excited to announce a complete racing rewrite. This will be happening over the next couple of months and will completely replace the current system. We've been speaking with professionals to make the system as realistic and fun as possible.

Here's a little of what you can expect:

- Realistic and unique dirt/road/rally-cross tracks with images
- Over 125 realistic upgrades for your car, fully customise your vehicle
- Loads of new cars
- A new skill - 'Driving skill' which will slowly progress as you compete against other players
- Five ranks to work your way up through
- Compete for personal and global best track times
- Attacking stats will play no part in racing
- Simple to understand and use


As I said, this will completely replace the current racing system. We will not be able to move over current cars in to the new system, and you will have to start all over again. With such a huge rewrite, this is necessary. It'll be a completely new system.

Stay tuned over the next couple of months. Hopefully we'll have some other updates released before then too - We're doing some final testing of one of our biggest updates to Torn yet.
