The_8th_Day [189129] has been destaffed and fed jailed for a number of reasons. (hence multiple offences)
One of which was an investigation that occured when The_8th_Day [189129] came to us saying he thinks he has money that is missing from his company. After investigating this it was attained that his brother logged into his account and took just enough money to cover the cost of 25 points from his company and after transfering it through a couple of his friends accounts it was sent to his.
During that investigation we found evidence that suggested that The_8th_Day [189129] had infact logged into his brothers account the previous day while his brother was out, and used his brothers account to chain, including using 25 points his brother had on his account.
We spoke to The_8th_Day [189129] at that time and he maintained he never logged into his brothers account... ok, so we gave benefit of the doubt at that time, but the investigation remained open and continueing.
We found evidence from a number of sources to validate that he had infact used his brothers account to chain and used his brothers 25 points which is why his brother was upset so logged into The_8th_Day [189129] account and stole the money back to cover the cost of those points.
As well as this we have a Player Report about The_8th_Day [189129] having a multiple account and using proxies to transfer money to his account... There was no evidence of this however there was evidence the same account was used to Revive other players so that The_8th_Day [189129] could continue to hosp them in chains.
The_8th_Day [189129] was jailed previously for making multis to boost his friends count, on 2 separate occassions. Both times let out with a story that would not get anyone out of fed these days... times do change.
Simply telling us you are two different people does not make it magically so when there is evidence of interaction or any type of gain... revives... account sharing.. etc.
On top of this there are a number of admin pages off limits to staff with no business there, this includes any other staffs admin pages or logs, other players ban pages or logs and all staff are required if they visit any of these pages to leave a note to say they have and why they have. When we find a number of pages accessed that shouldn't of been and no notes to show admins why they were there, then we have a big problem. Especially when a number of these pages were userlog areas they should not have access to, but also includes looking up and going through friends mail ban or forum ban records. Staff are not allowed access to any area they are not authorised to be without a legit reason to be their without admins prior approval, and even then it is always noted.
With compounding evidence here and interactions for gains we have no choice but to treat this with the uttmost severity.
