Editing Tools for EVERYBODY!!!

Hello, i've just relised that there's not a threat in the editing section where everyone can post their editing tools for Pro Evo. So i've decided to to it!
I'm asking everyone on this forum to post their tools here, and for the mods to sticky this thread (once it gets going)
so, please contribute and make it easy for the newbies to find these tools (so they can stop bugging everyone!!!)
Most of these utilities are for PES4 (PC), I havn't tried them on the Winning Eleven series ('cos i havn't got them), so try them for yourselfs to see if they work, and post on here if they work or not.

Good thing is you can see what your doing. Also can be used to extract, insert and listen to sound-files (adx). (erichlebt)

http://dte-ng.issextreme.net/scripts/downloads.php?id=2 Is used for editing bin-files or any other supported graphic-containing-file. You can insert/extract bmp's, pallette's aso. to/from a bin-file. Doesnt work with WE9 till now (I think).(erichlebt)
