Each sector has 3 fort locations: small, medium and big.
Requirements for building a fort:
small - $800 in the treasury, a town over 24500 points, and 80 energy;
medium - $1200, 36200 points and 80 energy
big - $1600, 41800 points and 80 energy
The gunsmith started carrying left hand weapons, including:
- Stone, 30-50 damage, $0
- Brittle bow, 25-65 damage, $400
- Bow, 35-75 damage, $650
- Precise bow, 52-92 damage, $1275
- Brittle crossbow, 48-60 damage, $520
- Crossbow, 50-70 damage, $755
- Precise crossbow, 68-88 damage, $1600
- Rusty harquebus, 40-80 damage, $684
- Harquebus, 55-95 damage, $1070
- Musket, 50-110 damage, $1580
- Rifle, 1-150 damage, $1300
- Precise Rifle, 1-180 damage, $2950
- Gatling, 100-200 damage, $30000 (yay!)
All weapons are marked level 1.
Where can I find a fort?
Forts are marked on the map as a little icon. A grey fort can still be constructed, a red fort belongs to another town, and a blue fort belongs to your town. On the map fort sizes are identified by different sized icons.
How do you build a fort?
A town can construct or attack a fort when it has 3000 points.
A fort can only be constructed by a town's councilor or founder. Grey forts mark the spots on the map where forts can be constructed. The following requirements have to be fulfilled to construct a fort:
* You have to be councilor or founder of your town.
* Your town has to have enough points.
* The town's treasury has to have enough money.
* You have to be at a spot where a fort can be constructed.
* No fort may be at the spot already, and no fort may be under construction right now.
* You need at least 80 energy points.
Constructing a fort takes eight hours. Just one player is needed to construct a fort. As soon as the fort is done, all players of the town can visit it and help with the construction.
If more than one player tries to construct a fort on the same spot at the same time, the player that began the construction first begins the job.
What is the difference between the size of forts?
There are three different fort sizes. Small, medium-sized and big. There is one fort of each size in each county. Depending on the fort size the maximum building levels differ, the number of possible fighters in a battle, and the building requirements.
The big fort also allows the owner to rename the county.

What does being a member of a fort give me?
Fort members have access to all the forts buildings.
* A barracks offers members a good recreational opportunities.
* A trader at Fort offers unique items. ***Not implemented yet***
* The city with the largest fort in the county may be the name of the county determined.
* The expansion points of the fort on the city points.
* Exciting fights, where you can reward as a city.
* In Fort struggles can find many items and your character can collect a lot of experience.
Unless you are a member of a fort you can't visit the fort for any reason, other than to attack it.
FORT BUILDINGS
After constructing a new fort, the following buildings may be built or expanded on. The Headquarters and Resource stock automatically start at Level 1.
Headquarters: Important decisions about the fort are discussed here. The Headquarters works much like the Town Hall. This is where all the fort management tools are found regarding construction, fort log, members list, invitations and Fort banner management. With every level of the headquarters the difficulty to build other buildings is reduced by five points.
Barracks: A place to rest after a glorious battle. Only members of a fort can sleep in the fort barracks. The barracks provide faster than normal recovery of energy and health than normal hotels in a shorter amount of time. The duration for sleeping in the barracks is 6 hours (opposed to 8 hours in a hotel).
Trader: ***Not Implemented yet***
Protective barrier: You can seek shelter behind the high walls during a battle. The protective barrier offers cover during a fight. The bigger it is, the more it raises the attacking and dodging values of the defenders.
Flag: The heart of the fort. Whoever owns the flag of the biggest fort in the county may rename it.
Resource stock: Other than in the towns constructing buildings costs products. All products are stored in the resource stock before they are used for construction. With each level the resource stock gets six new slots to store another product type. Each member of the fort can store products until the resource stock is full. It is not possible to take products back out.
Councilors can destroy products if needed.
On top of storing products it is also possible to store money in the resource stock to be used for the construction. It is not possible to deduct money or to move it into the town's treasury. The resource stock has six levels.
Gates: Guards are sitting at the gates. No stranger will be able to enter the fort through these gates. Upgrading the gates raises the fighting values of the players stationed there.
Adventurer/Dueler/Worker/Soldier's towers: Four different buildings. The respected members meet here to discuss the future plans for the fort. Building and expanding the tower's improve the here positioned soldiers and offers more spots.
