Ch1, v3. After activating the elevator, do not step on it. Walk back to where you got the key a little while ago to find it.
Ch2, v.4. After the dodging the bus, walk up to the area where it fell from. The portal is just beyond the gate.
Ch2, v.5. Begin walking down the road from the previous portal but do not go into the next area. Just before the next area you will see a bridge connecting two of the houses. Jump onto the bridge to find the portal.
Ch2, v8. After finishing Verse 7, return to the entrance of the city. It's next to the door through which you entered the city.
Ch3, v.2. After finishing Verse 1, stay where you are and look around. Directly behind where you entered the area, you will see a staircase. At the top of this staircase is a bin. Destroy it. If you tilt the camera, you’ll see a building on fire with a chest near it. The portal is near the chest, in the foyer of a building.
Ch3, v.5. After Verse 4, continue into the next area. Walk around to the right, where a bridge puzzle stood in Chapter 2 . Jump to the second story of the building there to find the portal.
Ch3, v.10. After entering the Paradise Gate, jump down to the right and follow the path.
Ch3, v.11. After using the hour glass to repair the bridge, retrace your steps back through the cave you came from. It’s in plain sight a little distance in.
Ch5, v.3. After Verse 2, simply return to the beginning of the level.
Ch5, v.8 After finishing Verse 7, return to the bottom of the tower. It’s in the centre of the floor.
Ch.5, v.10. After leaving the tower and arriving at the spiral platform, walk down the platform rather than up. It’s at the bottom.
Ch6, v.4. After finishing Verse 3, return to entrance of the water room. It’s by the door you came in.
Ch9, v.2. After finishing Verse 1 and placing the key in statue, look south to see a large door with the sun mark on it. Destroy the door to find the portal. Be sure not to confuse the smaller sun door opposite with this one.
Ch9, v.7. You will need Crow Within to reach this one; it’s also fairly tricky to spot. After battling the Kinship in Verse 6, jump onto one the wreckage of the one furthest east (imagining the glowing gate that leads to the tentacles as north). If you look into the distance, you’ll see a little platform on which the portal lies. Double jump, turn into a crow and fly to it.
Ch9, v.11. After defeating Golem in Verse 10 walk all the way back to the area where you beat the three Joy. The portal is in plain sight in the centre.
Ch10, v.3. After finishing Verse 2, turn the pole in the ground to shift the position of the town. Then, turn it again once more in the same direction. You’ll now be connected to a little island with a chest containing a Broken Moon Pearl and the portal.
