In order to carry this out, we require details from the users who are suffering from poor connection to the CABAL servers. 1. All information should be submitted via the support system. Please visit support.cabalonline.com - Select 'Submit a Ticket' - Click 'Connection Issues'
2. Fill in the mandatory information of Geographic Location, ISP, Operating system, GAME ID and server.
3. In the 'Message Details' field, please provide the additional details of:
(a) Date and times when you have suffered from connection issues. If possible please convert this to CABAL Time (found on
www.cabalonline.com)
(b) A description of exactly what occurred (e.g. opened warehouse - it took five minutes)
(c) Your Computer Hardware
(d) A screenshot of any errors experienced
(e) A tracert to
