I. Tour's Story:
When time is unchanged, death and sacrifice are as light as a feather. A world that exists so many broken time holes behind the flashy look of peace.
Wipe out the dark night, the lights are shining, up to the highest sky, down to the deepest ocean, surpass the greatest mountain, through the darkest jungle,... By the same time, the ritual to summon the chosens begin.
Will you be the chosen one ? Time will prove it all.
II. Tour's Info:
1) Number of Duelist (D): 24D
2) Deadline: 22h, 18/11/12 (Start now)
3) Required: YGOPro 102F (http://percival18.blogspot.com) + Hamachi (If needed) (http://hamachi.en.softonic.com)
4) Rulings of Tour:
- Banlist: 01/09/12
- Duel: 1 match (1st duel of match cannot use Side Deck, best 2 out of 3) 300s each turn, both TCG/OCG, no Anime
- Max D for each Attribute (A): 4D (4/4 = No more available slots, you must choose another A or your register will be invalid)
- 24D will be group into 6 Tables (T) (Dark, Light, Fire, Water, Wind, Earth). Each T contains 4D with the same A
- Only top 3 of each Fire/ Water/ Wind/ Earth, and top 2 of each Dark/ Light will go on to the next Round
- Both your Main Deck and Side Deck can only contain Monster with the A you choose, Spell/ Trap/ Extra can be any A

3) Up Mediafire (or any host) and get link
4) Send the link to my Mailbox in GVN along with your Nick Yahoo (Mailbox: Click on my name, then choose Message)
5) Untill 22h, 18/11/12, you can fix/ update your Deck then resend it or rechoose another A (Max 3 times)
