Bản nâng cấp mới 3.30 sẽ bổ sung cho PS Vita những tính năng mới như sau:

-Cá nhân hóa màn hình chính của Vita với hình nền và các biểu tượng mới cũng như bổ sung thêm nhạc nền bằng cách mua và tải về từ Playstation Store. Vào thời điểm hiện tại chỉ có 3 loại hình nền, những hình nền liên quan đến các trò chơi như Uncharted hay Tearaway sẽ được bổ sung sau.
-Người chơi bây giờ có thể xem độ hiếm của những chiếc cúp đã kiếm được.
-Người dùng có thể gửi thông tin sự kiện trong ứng dụng Calendar cho người chơi khác thông qua Messages hay Email mà không cần phải là bạn trong Friends list.
-Một số thay đổi về tên mã của Vita TV cũng như nâng hỗ trợ lên 4 tay cầm.
