Follow the Installer instructions. If you're having problems install the files to your desktop and follow this guide:
1) Copy the kitserver folder to your
C:\Program_Files\KONAMI\Pro_Evolution_Soccer_2008 folder.
2) Copy the
map file matching the OF you are using into your
..\kitserver\GDB\uni folder, and rename to
map
3) Run the
setup.exe in your kitserver folder and select your
pes2008.exe and
settings.exe. Click install.
4) To apply a custom resolution run the
lodcfg.exe.
5) Enjoy!
