Fallout 3 – Installation:
1) Extract the rar's with WinRAR, 7-Zip, or WinACE
_____These rar's have 10% recovery built in!
_____If you get "CRC failed in file name. The file is corrupt"! error, use repair command:
_____Open Winrar from the Start Menu. Navigate to and select the damaged file. Click "Repair" on the toolbar
2) Mount or Burn the iso.
3) Install Fallout 3
4) Apply v1.0.0.35 Patch. the game may start, but exit and do not play
5) Install "Operation: Anchorage" from the OpAnk iso.
__.the installer may try to use the directory "C:\Program files\Fallout 3"
__.Change it to the directory: "C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3"
6) Copy "The Pitt" files to the "...\Fallout 3\data" directory
7) Copy "Broken Steel" files to the "...\Fallout 3\Data" directory, do not copy the "Content folder", just the files
8) Copy "Point Lookout" files to the "...\Fallout 3\Data" directory
9) Copy "Mothership Zeta" files to the "...\Fallout 3\Data" directory
9) Patch the game to v1.5
10) Patch the game to v1.7
11) Play: No ***** needed. You can choose an expansion pack(s) under "Data Files" on the main menu.
