Where are all the old topics =(( This is embarrassing to say but a few years ago I used to spend a lot of time reading old topics in this box as a way to cling to some pieces of memories :(

Well, it's true I did a lot of slim waist workout recently though :'3
My waist is like 65 cm now
 
My height is 178cm and my weight is 78Kg. I feel a little overweight though.
 
I feel like we are being bombarded with spam
