[Guide] L2Pride - Custom PvP Server

Server Wiped, New Start
Hello all,

Originally no wipe was planned and the server was upgraded to '2.0' w/o wiping in the month of June. However, later I discovered that somehow someone was able to compromise the database - the database was hacked, leaked, backdoored, however you call it. The intrusion was detected in late June after beta server was removed and official server launched, but after looking at logs it is obvious that the database intrusion happened far earlier, at the beginning of May, maybe even earlier. Since the hacker has gained access to the database, he manipulated items for his char and some of his friends. The accounts table where all your login information, password, secret code, etc were compromised as well.

Thus I have no choice to enact drastic measures such as complete removal of the Nexus Event system and doing a complete wipe so that the login info the hacker has no longer is true. A rollback would be useless in this case because the hacker got access to the accounts information table, so everyone's accounts are not secure no matter how far back I roll back the database.

So when the server comes up back after the wipe, it is imperative that you DO NOT use the same login info as you had used before the wipe. Your character name can be the same, but change your login ID and password.

I am sorry that this happened out of no where and everyone has to not only wait for a long time but also have to lose all their work over the years, but it is what it is, and I am still not sure how exactly the hacker got into the database. I don't know if it is related to hNoke's leaking of the server files to the copycat servers, or from another guy all together.

I have decided to make the server easier for everybody since it has been wiped and the fact that it is now a ten year old game.

I will announce it here when the server actually comes back up, but it'll probably be like 1-3 days.

Ông đã cài phiên bản L2 trước đó, muốn cài bản L2 mà ông muốn thì Xóa bản trước đi ( Freya + hị được coi là chung 1 bản nhé :D )

hồi trước vẫn cài được cả 2 bản này được :2cool_after_boom:. ai cho xin link bản full phiên bản gracia final 2.3CT với :(.
 
Pride onl lại sát ngày Vestal mở quả này nhọ cho Vestal rùi :)) :)) :)) , chuẩn bị xem 2 sv đấu với nhau: 1 sv gốc, 1 sv copy(tuy có qua chỉnh sửa nhưng vẫn là sv copy)
cầuu mong thằng chủ sv Vestal với mấy sv copy khác của Pride ko phải loại bẩn tính thuê hacker phá Pride

Chắc là một số Vesta và một số Pride rồi. Ai thích cái nào thì theo cái đó thôi bác ạ. hNoke đi rồi, Pride off 2 tháng nay chắc là DAV đã có nhiều thay đổi, mình sẽ quay lại Pride thôi
