You are receiving this message because you are among players who have had their MapleStory account compromised. To provide relief for your loss, we have generated generous compensation packages that best suit your character’s needs. These packages contain game items, equip items, various scrolls, and mesos. We want to provide this relief to help you restart your Maple journey. This is the first time we are extending this offer, but we hope to make it a permanent part of the MapleStory support policy to provide faster response to players who have had their accounts compromised.
Next Steps:
The compensation package that you will receive will depend on the character that receives it. Each package is catered to the job, class, and level of your character. You will only receive ONE package, so carefully consider which character you would like to receive the compensation package.
We will be rolling out the distribution of these packages in the next few weeks. When the packages are ready, the following will happen when you login into MapleStory:
- A message prompt will ask you if you would like to receive the compensation package on the character that is currently logged in. If you do not wish to receive it on that character, simply logon to the desired character.
- After you have logged onto the desired character, press “Accept” on the message to receive the package.
