I just finished adding in Advanced Rubble to my mod, I had tested my coding using The Alamo. Once I determined it was working fine I edited the rest of my buildings etc, added stuff to art etc. At this point all buildings had the tags:
Rubble.Destroyed= and Rubble.Intact= commented out, accept for The Alamo. The game ran fine with this setup, however after uncommenting out all the new tags on the edited civilian buildings, the game crashed shortly after start. I've made a crashdump, debug, except.txt, rulesmd.ini, and artmd.ini download link:

I don't think I made any errors, but just in case here's the sample of code from my Alamo code, note new building are correctly listed in buildingtypes:

I also noted when testing The Alamo that my engineer could not repair the rubble as described in manual. I checked forums as well as tried searching bugtracker for a similar issue, but only found these issues about advanced rubble on tracker: 0001701,0001482,0001561,0001162,0000221. Theses of course did not have any such issue mentioned.
If I could find out why this is as well, it would be very helpful.
