Thank you for contacting us with your inquiry. The account in question was suspended from participating in PVP as it was found to have been using a cheat or exploit within the game which is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.
As stated in the License to Use the Services section of the Terms of Service:
"This license is subject to certain limitations. Any use of the Services in violation of these limitations will be considered a breach of this Agreement,
and may result in disciplinary or legal action against you or your account. You agree that you will not: Cheat or use, develop or distribute automation software programs ("bots"), "macro" software programs or other "cheat utility" software program or applications which are designed to modify the Playdom experience to the detriment of fair play;"
Examples of this include, but not limited to:
- Obtaining game items that were not accessible according to their agent level, last completed chapter/mission, or completed research at the time they received the item.
- Receiving reward items in combat that are not designed to be “dropped” in that level or for the agents level.
- Receiving a 5 star mission mastery but only played the mission once or twice.
- Achieving an incredibly high agent level relative to the amount of actual time played.
It is important to note that the PVP Suspension does not interfere with your ability to play through the normal PVE portions of the game. As it only prevents you from participating in the PVP portion of Marvel: Avengers Alliance. As such, you will be able to continue progressing through the main storyline and subsequent chapters.

As such the accounts ability to participate in PVP has been suspended. As this behavior is a direct violation of our Terms of Service, the PVP suspension will not be removed.
It is important to note that the PVP Suspension does not interfere with your ability to play through the normal PVE portions of the game. As it only prevents you from participating in the PVP portion of Marvel: Avengers Alliance. As such, you will be able to continue progressing through the main storyline and subsequent chapters.
