PJ's All-Star Option File! Good...very good
Đây là option file hay nhất từ trước tới nay mà tôi dùng. Cập nhật chuyển nhượng mới nhất cho các CLB, chỉnh sửa lại mặt cầu thủ, chiều cao và chỉ số lực theo phong độ hiện thời. Đặc biệt tác giả đã tạo ra cơ số những đội bóng gồm các siêu sao của các giải đấu hàng đầu, các châu lục, các hãng quảng cáo, các ngôi sao huyền thoại, có cả đội siêu sao do PESFAN đề cử. Và tất cả đều được làm rất công phu: logo và trang phục rất ấn tượng. Về phần tạo các đội bóng siêu sao với các cầu thủ được tuyển chọn, cá nhân tôi cho là hợp lý. Rất nhiều cầu thủ mới được update so với bản gốc. Với hơn 20 đội tuyển siêu sao được làm rất công phu, đây chính là điểm nhấn tỏ rõ sự khác biệt với các Option file khác được làm sêm sêm như nhau từ trước tới giờ. Cái Option file này làm tôi nhớ lại cái thời unlock các đội tuyển siêu sao (nhưng mà ít lém) ở WE3,WE4 thời PS1. Cái này dùng để đá giao hữu hay phải biết, tha hồ chọn đội siêu sao mình thích để đá. Mash Hiệp ơi ! cho em hỏi là khi em chép OF mới đè lên OF cũ thì khi vào game mấy cái faces,boots,staidum,kits.....trong kitserver có bị mất ko hay là vẫn giữ nguyên (VD: em có tạo Đội Tuyển VN ) ,nếu mất thì mình phải tạo lại từ đầu hả??? xin anh chỉ giúp dùm.

***V3 RELEASED***
So guys after Watson not making any more option files Milanista decided to make my own one and it will be continued in a way that is similiar to Watson's files.
So Milanista's V1 will be released either Monday or Tuesday(depending on when I finish EPL kits).It will be based on the PESFAN V1 file.But starting from that Milanista've created the EPL kits and Emblems and the same goes for a fully updated Bundesliga(kits done by myself).THe Bundesliga in this file will also have a good amount of cahnges from V1.Not only the teams are updated but also the players.In V1 I'll just have a few done but with V2 I'm aiming to get the most accurate Bundesliga as possible.The known errors from PESFAN V1 will be fixed(also errors that haven't been mentioned so far).
About Milanista90: If you don't know if this file is from a reliable source I#ll just give a short introduction.
I'm a part of the editing section since PES4 where I had my own editing thread.With PES 5 Milanista shared a thread with the great Del Perio and ShevaPro which was one of the most viewed threads(!).Milanista also had Watsons file for some weeks to do some in-depth editing and changes and now Milanista know what made his option file so successful.
As I've mentioned this file is based on PESFAN V1:
PESFAN file contains:-
Corrected Club team names (Apart from the Premiership teams)
Corrected player names
Corrected Stadium names (Apart from the Premier league grounds)
All in game transfers have been done
Club teams squad corrections
Corrected starting 11’s
Unlicensed club team kits updated (Emblems and Logos added, Apart from the Premiership teams)
Most duplicate players removed

My V1 will contain:

-exclusive research for different leagues: I had people exclusivley having a look at this file and contributing to make it better(you won't find a better Eredivisie in any other all-around-file)

Chimps Tweak Evolution OF 3 Pack Released (3 New OF's)
After hearing from people, it is obvious that people have different ideas about how the game should play. This pack has three new OF's - Slow, Medium and Attacking.
They are different in the speed of the game, the dribbling and response of players and the passing and shooting, slow having the lowest of these stats and the Attacking OF having the highest.
Chimps think to get the most out of them it is best to play on Top Player and hopefully they should then be at about the right level of difficulty.

This is to go with the Evolution 1.2 patch.
This contains two OF's - Slow and Fast. There is more than the difference of speed between these two OF's, but as this is the most notable difference, I used it to name them.
Both OF's have improved shooting, heading, crossing and passing, this is balanced with much better deffences, more aggresive marking and closing down, defenders with much better mentallities and better keepers. Chimps think doing this creates a more realistic game, with shooting positions and chances harder to come by, but the shooting and heading being more realistic.

Chimps Tweaked Gameplay OF 3.1 is now available for download from the following link -

This includes both PC and PS2 option files for English, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish and German versions of the game and should fix any problem with wrong teams in the PS2 version.
For each of these, there is three versions of the OF. (Slow, Normal and Fast) These names do not really describe the differences between them, but they were the best way Chimps could think of describing them.
The Slow and Normal versions are the same as the V3 files released last week,Chimps decided to make anoth version (fast) after getting feedback of people who liked my V2 files. This version plays slightly faster and players have more balance and response and slightly more dribbling accuracy.
Chimps has released three files for each version as people have there own ideas on how the hame should play and people should give each a try.
Changes in original V3 files.
Goal keepers have been improved as they seem to keep dropping shots they shouldn't.
Shooting has again been improved, but more for positions other than forwards.
All kinds of other small changes to make both versions seem realistic.
As with Chimps's last OF, Chimps think these games are best played at least a professional level.

Original Changes -
Better more intelligent attacking from the computer controlled team
More realistic dribbling, slower and less often used. You can still dribble, but you have to get it right. In PES6 I felt with some players it was harder to lose the ball than go past defenders even when running straight at them.
Slightly changed shooting. Less shots spooned over the bar and reduced shots hit at unbelievable speeds
Slower acceleration of players making it feel more realistic. If you get past player and your player is quicker, he will stay ahead of him though.
Slightly slower passing that my previous OF's, but still some way quicker and more accurate than the default released konami OF.
Increased defensive AI, mentality and response from defenders. Far less players left in space or not closed down.
