Developer Certificates and Open Signed Offline have been disable until Monday 18th February. Although we have resolved the issue of creating the DevCerts there are further issues caused by the huge demand for Developer Certificates when the service was enabled again.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will be working to ensure that this service is available again on Monday. Express Signing and Certified Signing is available as normal.

The Developer Certificate creation outage has been resolved and the service is ready to been re-enabled. The current demand for Developer Certificates is extremely high (tens of thousands of requests) and has the potential to cause significant site slowdown.
Whilst there remains heavy demand, impacting commercial users for paid Services; Express Signed, Certified Signed, Developer Certificates will be available intermittently until the load is balanced.

Thấy bảo 200$/năm mún sign thì đăng ký đi các bác ! Em mới đổi main con N73 chưa kịp sign thì đã dính vụ này ... lặng !
 
Your request has failed. Reason:
- Developer Certificates will be ENABLED for users who have a Publisher ID ONLY. (during GMT office hours)
- ONLY if you used a Publisher ID to create a .csr file with the DevCertCreate tool will you be able to use Open Signed Offline to create a Developer Certificate.
- Developer Certificates are currently DISABLED for users without a Publisher ID. Users who DO NOT have a Publisher ID CANNOT request Developer Certificates or use Open Signed Offline.
- Open Signed Online and Offline for users without a Publisher ID will NOT be available temporarily, an update will be provided during Week beginning 25th Feb
- If you have recently obtained a Publisher ID and are unable to create a Developer Certificate using Open Signed Offline please request support through the Symbian Signed forum on the Symbian Developer Network

trang web symbiansigned có cho request nữa đâu mà tôi đáp ứng cho bác được ! Giờ nó thu phí kia kìa , ko cho free nữa :|

Con N73 ME của tôi chưa kịp tạo file *.cer nữa là , xui ... =((
 
haha may mà tớ đã kịp sign con N73 Me của tớ còn cái tớ yêu cầu kia thì là N73 thường của vợ tớ.Hjc nhưng kiểu này thì cũng chết...sau này nhỡ có đổi máy thì lấy gì mà sign TT_TT
 
Hiện tại trên mạng có đồn rằng việc sign phần mềm sau này sẽ có , vì trang symbiansigned bắt đăng ký với 200 USD / năm nên dân tình đói kém :))

Có lẽ 1 thời gian nữa thôi ! Khi nào có nơi làm được file *.cer thì tôi sẽ nhận sign tiếp cho các bạn , giờ thì chờ đi :devil:
 
kô biết bọn Symbiansigned nó làm file cer như nào nhỉ mà kô chỗ nào khác làm được...
 
hôm nay mò mẫm trên google mãi mà ko kiếm được cách tạo file cer được , ức chế thật :|

chỉ còn chờ bọn cracker nó tung phần mềm tạo file cer thôi , mà ko biết bao giờ có nữa , đành dùng tạm những phần mêm ko cần sign vậy =((

mới kiếm dc thông tin này :

For the registration at Symbian Signed, a special email address is required, because SS does not want anybody to register. That’s why most of the famous freemail addresses are locked.

However, a solution is to register a 2ip.com email address.

Follow these steps to register:

6. Open http://www.2ip.com/index.htm in your web browser and choose “Signup now!”

7. Choose a “domain category”.

8. Enter your desired username and choose a domain you like.

9. Fill in the rest of the required fields.

10. Accept the terms of servie and click on “Register”.

11. Confirm the next to boxes.

12. Click on “Mail Account”

13. Fill in your desired information.

14. Click on “Create Mailbox”.

Now you can use your mailbox to register a Symbian Signed account, an activation code will be sent to your address:

15. Open https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/page in the web browser.

16. Click on “Register now”.

17. Type in your registered email address an click on “OK”.

To receive your activation code go on like this:

18. Open http://www.2ip.com/mailmanager.php in the web browser, at best in a new tab.

19. Enter your password and click on “Webmail Login”.

20. Choose the email from Symbian Signed, mark the activation code and copy it to the clipboard.

21. Change to the Symbian Signed registration tab again and paste the activation code.

22. Fill in the fields marked with a star.

23. Enter the security code.

24. Click on “View legal agreement”, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “I accept”.

25. Finish the registration with a click on “Register now”.

Completing your registration you can start the proper signing:

26. Start “DevCertRequestControl”.

27. Click on DevCert Request.

28. Type in your IMEI which you can figure out by pressing *#06# on your mobile phone keyboard and click on “OK”.

The Programm does now some steps automatically. If the following window appears

a mouse click has been executed. To finish this step succesfully, repeat the steps 19 and 20. This window should appear then:

Now you must login at the Symbian Signed page:

29. Enter username (= your wohle email address) and password and click on “Login”.

30. Back in the DevCertRequestControl click on the upload link.

31. Enter the security code.

32. Click on “Browse…/Durchsuchen…” (or whatever the word means in your language)

33. Choose the Cert Request file (*.csr). If you use Windows Vista, it should be located in “Users\Documents”. In case you use Windows XP, search it in “My Documents”.

34. Click on “Send”.

35. Click on “Download” to download the certificat, choose the folder and click on “Save”.

36. Choose “SignSIS”

37. Save the settings for the IMEI where necesary as a profil.

38. “DevCert:” indicate the path of the just downloaded certificat file.

39. If the field is empty, choose the *.key file which is located in C:\Program Files\SignSIS-GUI\SignSIS.key.

40. Indicate the path of the unsigned file you want to sign.

41. Choose the path of the signed file.

42. Finish the signing procces with a click on “SignSIS”.

ặc...làm 42 cái bước này xong chắc lên viện quá...cờ trắng đâu cho tớ mua một cái :))
 
hehe hôm nay tớ đã lấy máy về và khám phá ra cách sign cho S60v3 rất đơn giản
chỉ cần 1 file *.cer bất kỳ đã đc. Symbian Signed tạo cho số IMEI của bạn (trong đây hầu hết các file *.cer của mọi người do So_No_Mi làm nên của ai thì chắc có So_No_Mi nhớ :-")
sau đó lấy file *.csr,*.key đc. tao. = IMEI của bạn bỏ vào 1 phần mềm sign nào đó là nó sẽ tạo cho bạn 1 file signed
