Final Fantasy X-2 HD Remaster May Not Include The Last Mission

When Square Enix put together Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix they made some tweaks to make Kingdom Hearts control more like Kingdom Hearts II and included all of the bonus content from the Final Mix version.

Final Fantasy X-2 was re-released with extra content in Japan too as Final Fantasy X-2 International + Last Mission. This version of the game adds three more dress spheres (festivalist, psychic, and bare) and a whole extra "Last Mission" episode that takes place three months after the events in Final Fantasy X-2. Last Mission has a massive tower to climb and conversations that act as an epilogue for many characters in Spira. Famitsu specifically says whether Last Mission has been included or not in Final Fantasy X-2 HD Remaster is "undecided." Perhaps, Square Enix will release this as DLC?

Final Fantasy X-2 International + Last Mission also has Creature Create mode where you can capture and train monsters. It’s basically the source of inspiration for Final Fantasy XIII-2′s battle system where the third character can be a monster or if various captured characters like Snow.

"A loyal customer base is a must for the survival of the consoles"

Take Christofer Sundberg, founder and chief creative officer at Avalanche Studios, the independent company behind the sprawling open-world series Just Cause. The Square Enix-published Just Cause 2 was free for PS Plus subscribers last year.

Sundberg said Avalanche "hasn't seen a dime" directly from the promotion from Sony. But he's perfectly okay with that, as that wasn't the expectation when striking the deal. For Avalanche, free promotions like PS Plus or free betas are an essential part of building a fan base. "From a PR and goodwill standpoint, [it's] most definitively worthwhile," he said.

"I don't know how much, if any, Square Enix has made from the game [on PS Plus], but we have only received a lot of great PR and gamer feedback," he said. "That's worth more than a few dollars in royalty to us at this point."

Sundberg said he personally subscribes to PS Plus. "With free giveaways, early releases, special demos and so forth Sony builds loyalty from their players. That is exactly what they should focus on. Most players won't have the money to buy both a PS4 and the next Xbox, and a PC, so a loyal customer base is a must for the survival of the consoles."

Khi vào Network Setting thì vita bắt sóng wifi rất tốt (full 3 vạch) nhưng lúc kết nối thì không được lại cứ báo "....within time limit". Sony Exec Teases "An Amazing Big Title Coming To PS Vita"


Shahid Ahmad, Senior Business Development Manager at SCEE has hinted at a AAA title coming to the PS Vita
Via Twitter Shahid sent out a tweet which sparked a fury of rumours:

Oh and there is an AMAZING big title coming to Vita. I can’t tell you anything about it, except that you are gonna be hooked for hours.

After that tweet Shahid was sent a sleuth of messages attempting to decipher what the game was Shahid then replied with:

I’m sure you will enjoy the show, nobody has forgotten about Vita, trust me
And I’m hoping to get some more stuff signed before E3. Something for everyone

The game he is hinting at will apparently be revealed in Los Angeles this year at E3 2013. Shahid then refused to provide any more details other than the game is not an indie title so we can conclude that this must be one massive AAA title.

Sega Intends to Make Their “Game Software” PS4/Next-Gen Compatible, Planning 7 PS3 and 5 PS Vita Games This Fiscal Year

Sega is one of the latest companies to release their financials from the previous fiscal year, reporting that software shipments dropped to 10.78 million. Among the top sellers for the company in North America and Europe was Sonic & All-Stars Racing at 1.36 million, Aliens: Colonial Marines at 1.31 million, Football Manager 2013 at 940,000, and London 2012 at 680,000.

Looking ahead to this fiscal year, Sega expects to have software shipments of 11.66 million, with the PlayStation 3 getting 7 games, the PS Vita getting 5, and the PSP at 2. Without naming any names, they also said that they “intend to make our game software compatible with the next-generation game machines, which are due to be launched.”
