There's a lot more to tell about this game. The studio making this game has tried to make something like this before but their work was hijacked by big Chinese gaming corporate Tencent and was totally ruined. So this game, like the 8 characters at the end that states "After the white bones, embark the journey again", is their attempt to realize their, and also millions of Chinese people's dream: to create an authentic yet new take on the beloved Chinese hero.
For the story itself, the studio was determined to take a darker, unorthodoxy perspective rather than the original version (thus the name Black Myth). For years Chinese people have been trying to dig up the true meanings behind the mysteries of the journey to the west, and a popular theory argued that Wukong was the representation of Chinese people's rebellious spirit against the feudalism/religious establishment in ancient China, but in the end he still didn't escape the fate of being assimilated (by being granted the title of a Buddha), so in contrary to the traditional view of his story being a glorious adventure, it was actually a tragedy. And there was a famous "conspiracy" stated that the real monkey king was replaced with the Six Eared Macaque who can imitate every living creature in the world, because the former was more rebellious and tended to go rogue and the latter was more "obedient". Judging that there were two monkeys appearing in the game, I assume it's likely that the studio was inspired by this.

Cái con Black Myth Wukong nhìn ngầu vãi luôn, đến cuối trailer quất cái nhạc tuổi thơ phối lại nổi cmn hết cả da gà da vịt. Rất hype con game này, mong là nó sẽ được đầu tư đến nơi

Cái Wukong xem phê vãi ấy chứ,éo bik ra game như lào nhưng trailer gameplay đánh đấm ngon lành cành đào,nhìn sơ thì nghĩ chắc khúc cuối Đại Náo Thiên Đình là hết p1 (nếu có làm tiếp)...Mà nguyên bộ Tây Du Ký chắc chỉ có Đại Náo Thiên Đình là hay vì mình TNK chấp hết chứ lúc sau đi thỉnh kinh toàn bị quái đánh sml phải nhờ quyền trợ giúp

Đúng là trước mới xem hết đoạn đánh con phantomlance mà chưa xem đoạn sau, thành thử nhận xét hơi phiến diện. Giờ xem lại thấy phê vl. Nó mà làm đc game đầy đủ như đoạn sau nữa thì best cmn game AAA luôn ấy chứ...

NK trong truyện bị nerf não vl, cứ biến lớn + cầm cây Thiết bảng full size mà táng thì núi cũng sập chứ đừng nói đến yêu quái. Tới khu nào thấy yêu khí thì khoan vào mà chơi combo như trên, vừa dẹp đường vừa nhanh gọn

Ko gánh team thì làm thế đc chứ được vài bữa lại bị suger tank bóp, làm cái gì thái quá thì hắn niệm chú cho chết. Như vụ bạch cốt tinh là ví dụ điển hình nhất.
