Game Description
I. Ultimate Goal - Unite the Nation!
Compared to the existing MMORPGs where users fight over one or two castles, [Kingdom of Warriors] recreates the many castles that actually existed during the Three Kingdom period. Each user can form alliance with others and take over a castle to build their own country, and increase their territory to win over the other castles with the ultimate goal to unify the nation.
II. Castle Siege Battles with Maximum Reality
Territory can be increase through castle siege and diplomatic activities. Within [Kingdom of Warriors], all the elements that allowed heroes to unite the Three Kingdom recorded in history, such as real-time strategic battles, alliances and betrayal between countries, construction of massive weapons, rebellions and treason, come to life.
These elements can be used by each user to plan intricate strategies and see how they unfold. Furthermore, historical castle sieges from the period will be realized with utmost attention to detail.
III. Historic Missions - the battle between players and Three Kingdom Heroes
Historic missions are based on actual historic events involving heroes from the Three Kingdom period. Players will join famous battles or take on secret missions by participating in the historic missions, and will find a whole new level of game experience awaiting them.
IV. Elaborate Actions and Large-scale Battles
[Kingdom of Warriors] focuses on one-to-many battle style over one-on-one battles, and aims to push the limits of graphical elaboration without losing any of the fast and thrilling battle speed.
V. Administration System for Managing Cities
Alliances or countries that have taken control over certain cities through castle sieges are given administrative authority to develop and rule the city. By controlling tax rates, prices of items sold in stores, fees for using portals and fixing items are at the hands of the players, allowing the users themselves to control the economy of their country and the nation itself.
Story
The late Han Empire, which gave birth to many young emperors, weakened as its emperors failed to control relatives and eunuchs who sought to use the emperors’ powers as their own. Surrounded by eunuchs, young emperors lost their power to make the right decisions and all wise politicians left to seek their own ways, leaving the government with those who are only concerned with their own wealth and power. Corruption among government authorities, parties of thieves, natural calamities and diseases bring hopelessness and pain to the lives of ordinary people. As a result, the people of Han seek relief in a religious sect called the Way of Peace, and are moved to revolt, later to be called the Yellow Turban Rebellion. In order to suppress this outburst, the government sends for General-in-chief He Jin, who gathers talents from around the nation who were sent away from the city since the eunuchs took power over the government, to form an elite force. With the rebellion in control, once again the rivalry between the factions of the eunuchs and regular civil bureaucracy is renewed… and the most powerful of the eunuchs were eliminated. However, during the confusion within the government, a eunuch named Zhang Yang runs away the young prince and the Emperor’s Symbol. Although Zhang Yang drowns himself as he was chased by soldiers, the young prince falls into the hands of Dong Zhou, an ambitious politician, and the Dynasty falls into chaos once again.
Heroes, with great dreams lying in the deepest part of their souls, watch with patience, awaiting for the moment when their powers will be strong enough to bring order to this chaos.
