Game Master Kahillissa here, I wish I could have spoken to you directly and I am sorry that I cannot forward your ticket to a Billing rep as requested. I see you have a doozy of an issue here and I am heartily sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I can understand how frustrating it can be for your gold to have not yet appeared in your completed tab. Right now, we are working through some connectivity issues which are causing the Auction House to be sort of laggy, I guess that's the best word to decribe it. Right now, from reports, it appears to be taking anywhere between 24-48 hours to receive an item which you purchased from the AH and I am truly sorry that I can't hurry that along for you.
I would recommend that you keep checking your Completed list of Auctions. Your gold should arrive there soon and you will need to move it to your Stash in order to be able to retrieve it on a character.
I know that this is inconvenient right now while we work through some launch issues. It's all moving in the right direction and I apologize that you've had to experience the growing pains in the meantime.
