Garrosh in full swing would be entertainment. It would be like a virtual version of the Bush administration.
1) Garrosh becomes the leader of the Horde. As we all know, he's a warmonger. He also believes that Orcs are superior in strength to Humans.
2) The Horde's relationship with the Eastern Kingdoms has never been great - in fact, it has deteriorated since the Battle for Mount Hyjal.
3) Garrosh wants to transform this 'new Horde' to his ideals, so he the best rallying tactic: Fear.
4) Everyone gets shocked, a date to remember, as an unexpected and cowardly attack from the Eastern Kingdoms takes down everyone's beloved bovine leader Cairne.
5) The Horde are scared - they might be next. Garrosh uses this opportunity to declare war on the Alliance. A War on Terrorism.
6) Garrosh is proud as his armies raze Alliance settlements, innocent or otherwise. Where the senior Hellscream failed, he succeeded years later.
7) The Goblins see this as an opportunity for profit, and join the Horde in 'reconstructing the lands they ravaged', in the process taking precious resources they don't deserve from the East. They even increase the price for Demolisher oil.
The Horde eventually gets tired of war a few years later and begins to question Garrosh's leadership skills.
9) When they realize Garrosh has no exit strategy to the War with the Alliance, and the fact that he was never as eloquent as Thrall, they begin to make fun of him incessantly. They even begin to feel embarrassed about having him as their leader.
10) Garrosh realizes this, an adopts a scheme called "Alliance Alert Level", where green means 'no threat from Alliance', and red means 'probable chance of Alliance attacks'.
11) In the event that his popularity drops, Garrosh can increase the Alliance Alert Level to red, and restate his plans of 'success' and having 'a majority of troops withdrawn from Stormwind by late next spring'.
12) Rumors since Cairne's death about who were the real culprits resurface and begin spreading again like wildfire - with a conspiracy by Garrosh and his profit-mongering Goblins as the lead topic - murdering Cairne and blaming it on someone else for their sole benefits.
13) Word of the Gnomes and their Weapons of Mass Destruction seem to have been forgotten. Word of an interment camp off the coast of Durotar with Orcish guards torturing and abusing humans become widespread.
14) Garrosh keeps losing popularity until a young Troll from some tribal land far, far away, probably like Sen'jin, rises through the ranks of the Horde to become the next leader. He is backed by the popular Saurfang and Thrall himself, as he is socialist.
15) His race to become the new Warchief grips the attention of a nation longing for CHANGE.
16) The Horde finally get their promised 'change', in the midst of an economic crisis and the ongoing occupation of the Eastern Kingdoms.
17) The Horde was so used to complaining about their leadership that they pinpoint everything they can about this young Troll leader - such as the authenticity of his origin (was his parents Horde, or were they never inducted until later), to his healthcare plans.
It'll probably be the next expansion after this.
