We understand that most of our dear players weren't able to log in for the past few days since our November Updates maintenance. To help address this, we updated the rarity bars of players who logged in starting November 19, 00:00 PST up to the present to Rarity Bar level 9. This means a chance for you to acquire Gem, Burst Frogs or Dark Crystals on your daily log-in bonus.

Again, we are very sorry for all the inconvenience the recent server issue has caused. The support showed by many of our Summoners as we worked through the issue is very much appreciated. We are very thankful for your unceasing patience and understanding.
