While I understand the frustration, if there isn't anything broken on our end, we can't very well fix it, can we?

It really does matter where the issue lies. When a tiny portion of our userbase is affected, all from the same geolocale, the problem is not internal to our domain of control, so there is nothing we can directly do to resolve this. You are free to proclaim your frustrations here, as long as you follow the Code of Conduct, but that will not change reality.

If we receive a request for assistance from your ISP or their backbone provider, we will be more than happy to discuss resolutions with them, but we can't 'push that button' or 'turn that wrench' because, frankly, it is external to our networks.

Blizz chính thức công nhận tunnel service.
We understand that some people are using proxy or 'tunneling' services as a way to overcome latency issues; generally because their ISP may not be taking the best and fastest route possible to our servers.

Using these services is not now, nor has it ever, been a violation of our Terms of Use. Simply using a proxy is not enough to cause us to take action on your account. But! they're not officially supported either.

The reason why use of a proxy can be an issue is that the majority of organizations that abuse the game use proxies themselves. While we work to detect and stop these activities, we also work to prevent any ‘false positive’ results; but they do sometimes occur. Our false positive percentage is minuscule in relation to the number of accounts actually found in true violation of our policies, but they can happen. We work as fast as possible to review these cases and get our legitimate players back in the game.

If you do use, or want to use, a proxy/tunneling service, you can help prevent the likelihood of becoming a false positive by using the proxy service consistently.

We're continually improving our abilities to detect those that violate our policies, and with that we're continually improving our ability to more accurately identify (or rather, not identify) those that are using proxies legitimately.

Giờ tình hình raid của Guild thế nào vậy Silver?
Group 1 còn slot không ? Hôm bữa Browl có tổ chức đi 1 lần cho Group mới mà hơi bị fail, dps thấp với lại có vẻ như bà con ít đọc strat quá. Mình thì đọc strat và xem video hết rồi, giờ chỉ còn vào đánh để biết kn thôi. >_<
 
Grp 1 giải tán rồi, vào mình ông solo cái raid thì cứ vào =)

G1 giải tán rồi, G2 thì full dps nhưng đánh Magmaw, Onitrom hay Valiona mình sit out cho mà đánh tại cũng không cần loot ở những boss đó nữa. :)

Bão lag vẫn hoành hành nên progression bị ảnh hưởng nặng nề.
 
Thấy trên guild status rồi, tưởng G2 giờ thành G1. :))
 
Có những chuyện nên nói riêng. Gửi mail in-game nhé.

nếu bạn chơi ở VN thì đường cáp quang AAG ở Vũng Tàu bị đứt gây lag, dis cho những web, game ở nước ngoài.
 
Không hiểu nó đánh đấm kiểu gì nhỉ, hay giống Zu' zu' nhà ta ^^

Hôm bữa đánh Chimaeron, đang 13k dps thằng Hà khóc luôn, giận bỏ tay, cho Auto luôn lại down boss =))

cái vụ này là hay nha. con mái nào hôm đó nó thách đó mang về cho nó đoạn cáp dưới biển để làm quà 8-3. thế cho nên mới có thằng đú đởn đi cắt đấy mà
