bác phải xem kĩ lại trong phần settings đi, nếu đã allow hết tất cả các software thì phải xem lại phần network, cái đó mà nhỡ tay khóa thì vui lắm.

Bác thử xóa kas đi và tắt xem sao, nếu vẫn bị -> Ko phải do kas

xóa kas đi khởi động bình thường, buồn quá... Kas nó làm ko shutdown đc
