I DO NOT KNOW IT THIS VERSION CONTAINS THE WORM! However, many versions with the unpacked iso are indeed infected!
The Falloutlauncher.exe file should be about 18 MB. If you have the one that is 519 KB, it IS a trojan! I know this from experience! :-[
Running the 512 KB "launcher" will install a few registry entries, and the 'ati2sgav.exe' in WINDOWS/SYSTEM32. This will launch several internet explorers in the background (only visible in Task Manager) that contact ad-sites to increase the revenue (or something like that).
The worm is easily removed: delete 'ati2sgav.exe' with the registry entries, and REPLACE the false launcher with the 'crack only' from RELOADED, which is about 18 MB. After this, the game works perfectly and the worm and installer are gone!

I can confirm that this release has a trojan. This is the same one from over at TPB (where I got it). No offense to the seeder here (thanks for the heads up), but this silently installs a file (ati2sgav.exe & possibly c.exe). Thanks to lostindanet over at TB for pointing this out.

1) Disable Autorun for ISO image (Very Important)
2) mount the image
3) Copy all contents of image to some folder on Hard Drive or Open it Using MagicISO
4) Delete setup.exe found in root folder
5) Copy setup.exe found in bin/uninstall to root folder or RS backup copy
6) run that setup.exe
Game works just fine after that...
Alternatively you can use MagicISO to modify the ISO file directionally without moving the files to Hard Drive.

ISO Releases have Trojans in them, and mostly all torrents on Piratebay have reports coming in
Trojans being detected in DirectX and Setup.exe on the ISO image after extraction of ISO or RAR files.

Well I found out what's causing the Birthday crash, and several other crashes in the game.
You can NOT rebind the key for Pip Boy or Vault. Use the Default key in the key mapping options,
and go ahead and rebind anything you want BUT the pip boy and vault keys.
Fixed it for me, the crashes are gone now.

~~Ellipsys' Fix Pack for "Fallout 3" RELOADED releases~~
As you may know, many RELOADED-tagged, ISO releases of "Fallout 3" are infected with a trojan.
THis Fix Pack is a result of my own "cleaning" of the ISO, replacing the infected files with viable ones.
I offer it to you to give something back to the scene, and save you from having to download a completely new image.
The files in this pack have been scanned with NOD32, and were MD5summed on my own machine to ensure safety, and to my knowledge work on my own machine (Tested under Vista x64)
ALERT: This pack is NOT for use with Russian copies of Fallout 3, or any copy utilizing the STARFORCE protection system. It will not contain the proper FalloutLauncher.exe
Directions
1. Obtain one of the many RELOADED ISOs of "Fallout 3"
2. Ensure that Autorun setting on Daemon Tools, or your favorite mounting software is OFF - VERY IMPORTANT - Failure to do so will infect your PC as the infected FalloutLauncher.exe autoruns
3. Mount the image
4. Copy and paste everything from the disc to another folder on your PC (Call it FalloutInstall or something). This will take 5+ GB of HDD space, but you'll be able to delete it after install. Alternatively, if you have the tools to remaster an ISO (like MagicISO) you can do that instead
5. Unrar and copy my fix pack into the FalloutInstall directory, overwriting all others. (You should overwrite Setup.exe, FalloutLauncher.exe, and a ton of other DirectX related files)
6. Run "Setup.exe" to install the game!
7. (optional) Delete the FalloutInstall folder
8. Run "FalloutLauncher.exe" in your newly installed game folder to play!
