Thông báo về việc đóng lệ phí :
Việc đóng lệ phí sẽ chia làm 3 khu vực và sẽ có 3 người đại diện cho BTC chịu trách nhiệm thu lệ phí cho từng khu vực :
-Hà Nội : proA|Niar [email protected]
-TPHCM : proA|SilverRow [email protected]
-Các tỉnh khác : proA|Darksky [email protected]
Thời gian thu tiền : 23-28/2

Cách thức thu :
-ở HN và TPHCM : đại diện BTC theo khu vực sẽ liên lạc , hẹn thời gian và địa điểm để trực tiếp thu lệ phí ::) .
-Các tỉnh khác : Thu bằng cách bắn di động , các bạn vui lòng liên hệ đại diện BTC để biết thêm chi tiết (proA|Darksky) .

- Đối với các team : Leader lên danh sách các mem tham gia , thu tiền . BTC sẽ liên hệ với leader để nhận tiền .
- Đối với các game thủ nonteam : Điền đầy đủ thông tin vào đơn đăng kí . BTC sẽ trực tiếp liên hệ để thu tiền .

BTC sẽ đóng danh sách đăng kí sớm hơn 1 ngày so với dự kiến (27/2 thay vì 28/2 ) (Các bạn lưu ý là thời gian thu lệ phí với đăng kí khác nhau )

Bạn nào đẹp trai xinh gái có ý định tài trợ nữa sẽ được quyền yêu cầu 1 người bất kì trong BTC 1 cú bắt tay thân ái , 1 cái ôm hôn thắm thiết :devil: hoặc 1 bài phỏng vấn gắn kèm với các bài coverage của giải đấu ;;) . Anyway , rất hoan nghênh :hug:.

9.4.6. Type of LongBalls forbidden

Move details:
All longballs are banned, A, D, Q+A, Q+w, WHATEVER!!!! When done in the forbidden areas. BY "WHATEVER" IT MEANS ANY TYPE OF LONG BALL PASS!!
->Forbidden areas
From your yellow/blue area into the other player yellow/blue area.
Example of a longball detected
-> When you do a longball from your yellow or blue area to the other player yellow or blue area.
Example of a allowed longball
-> When you do a longball from your green area to any area of your adversary.
-> When you do a longball from your yellow/blue area into your own yellow/blue area, like changing flan

Hiện nay bên ESL đã cấm longball trong tất cả các giải đấu. Đề nghị BTC tham khảo rule ESL, update cấm longball.

How to protest
-> First of all FIFABot, from DaDaDev-SoccerBot version 1.2.2 or higher (Done by DaDeather`), is mandatory to use. You can download it here. This bot has now the functionality to report longball using in the given parameters above. Thus being a great tool to use when creating a protest.
What do you need?
-> Log of the Fifa Game (or screenshot), made by the FifaBot.
This alone is probably sufficient but just in case continue to read.
-> You need to tell the admin the exact minutes when the longball was used;
-> You may have the need to upload a replay of the match, this can be done in two ways:
a) By using a demorec file created by the FifaBot
b) By uploading a replay of the match created by FIFA 09 itself. Normally this file is above 20 mega so you will need to upload it to a website that can store files. If you do not know any site contact the admins via support ticket, here.

Big Note:
-> The match has to be played until the end. DO NOT QUIT when longball is used. Make the protest after the game is done.
-> Fail to respect the ways of how to protest and the protest will not be considered.

theo hình là đứng ở chỗ vòng tròn trc' gôn đc long ball hẻ, để test thử ;;)
 
mình nghĩ ko nên thay đổi xoành xoạch như thế, đặc biệt là rất gần thời gian thi đấu, khiến nhiều game thủ ko quen với luật mới khiến chất lượng thi đấu giảm
 
Luật này có từ lâu rồi sao giờ mới nói như mới biết vậy nhỉ =.=. btw, mình đồng ý cấm LB, mỗi tội như vậy phải bắt buộc bật bot + kiện cáo lung tung rắc rối thôi :D
 
Tóm lại cấm Long ball là chuẩn . Thằng trì độn patten suốt ngày chỉ biết long ball thôi
