[spoil]1. Fable: Legend has been announced, and the early gameplay reviews say it's the best yet. You can play as a hero, or as a villain. During a match, one player controls a villain, and the other three challenge them. The villain veiws the game from a top-down perspective and can place traps and enemies.
2. Microsoft boasted: "Football has a new home on the Xbox." Well, they may be right. FIFA 14 has a new mode - Ultimate Team. You can play with the "sporting legends of yesterday", exclusively on Xbox.
3. Ubisoft's latest Kinect game has been announced: Fighter Within. It will be an Xbox One title that uses the Kinect 2 sensor to control onscreen battles. Punches, kicks and other “trigger” movements will translate into attacks for the game’s onscreen avatar.
4. Ryse Son of Rome multiplayer mode has been announced. A Roman warrior mode called Gladiator, where you have to rack explosive kills in an arena to keep a booing audience entertained. You team up to enter an arena and slaughter enemies in order to fill an audience entertainment meter.
5. Call Of Duty: Ghosts has a new multiplayer mode. Called Blitz, it will see players fighting for control of the opposing side’s location. When players reach a specific area in the enemy camp they score and are transported back to their starting point.
6. The Division, which is being released on multiple platforms, will have Xbox One exclusive content - despite developers denying it last week. The specific benefits of Xbox One will be announced nearer the release date.
7. Call Of Duty: Ghost will be even quicker and smoother on Xbox One, with the Xbox Live Cloud. This means there will be dedicated servers for Xbox One players.
8. Xbox are trying to encourage smaller, independent games publishers with their new self-publish service. Called ID@Xbox, it is a new program that will target, support and showcase independent developers on the Xbox One platform. All registered developers will be given two free Xbox One development kits, full access to platform staples such as Kinect compatibility, and the entire Xbox Live toolset including: Xbox SmartGlass, multiplayer support, Achievements and Gamerscore.
9. Microsoft have made a real effort with the Xbox One to make gaming a more social experience. There will be trending games, recommendations, editor picks, special achievements and challenges. On top of this, gamers will be able to upload and share gameplay footage online.
10. Finally, and most importantly: When you pre-order an Xbox One, you will be given a copy of FIFA 14 for FREE.[/spoil][/spoil]
