Download and extract this
TF2_Full_Non-Steam_Test_Files to where the all 19 part is located. Run TestFiles.exe to start verify.
For those getting this "NOTICE: No servers are currently available with the requested data on them" on the part 14, here is the temporary mirror for it.

TF2 EPC Pack v3.13 mới add được sever nonsteam vào để chơi. Còn sever nonsteam VN thì mình chịu ^^!Ai Pro thì làm 1 cái tại mình thấy một số sever nonsteam cho xài đồ thoải mái
