Again, it would not be a bother to cooperate with you. As long as you
can add or update content in clean html files, I would take care of the
rest.
However, I understand that you can feel more comfortable with a complete
source file of your own, and a manual you completely control. So, if you
wish to do it your way, I will of course respect that.
In that case, you are welcome to use our texts as a basis for your
vietnamese translation. However, we ask that you give us proper credits
for all the parts you will use. And that you do not insert our original
english texts (the ones I sent you for translation). But I guess the
idea was to translate them anyway.
The credits should go to Heroes V Manual by
www.HeroesofMightandMagic.com, with a link if possible.
Furthermore, we ask that you do not reproduce our design. Again, I
assume you were going with your own layout anyway, but it's always
better to be clear.
Finally, You may not use this work for commercial purposes, without our
permission, as long as it contains texts that were originally written by us.
About hosting the file, I guess you're actually referring to Ubisoft:
they are hosting the published manuals, as you can check on the english
manual url:
ftp://ftp.ubi.com/emea/homm5/community/Heroes5_Manual_en.zip
I don't know if they would agree to host your manual as well. But they
stated that they would support top quality fan-produced work that are
submitted to them, so I guess you will have to ask them. You can read
more about that in this post:
http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/1851065692/m/3651093864
I wish you the better in your project, if you choose to do it on your
own. Again, I ask that you respect our terms. Feel free to ask if
anything is not clear, or if you have specific questions.
