Trò chơi Project IGI2: Covert Strike nói về một lính đánh thuê có nhiệm vụ thu thập thông tin tình báo và tiến hành phá hoại Trung Quốc. Game do hãng Innerloop Studios (Mỹ) phát triển và được phân phối bởi Codemasters.
Đây là game bắn súng, trong đó một cựu lính SAS (đặc nhiệm Anh) thực hiện một loạt các nhiệm vụ trên khắp thế giới, bao gồm cả ở Trung Quốc. Những nhiệm vụ tình báo và phá hoại này đã khiến người Trung Quốc rất bực mình vì họ cho rằng hình ảnh đất nước này bị bôi nhọ.
