FAQs for Steam Beginners
**FAQ will be updated periodically.
1. When does Stamina points gets refilled?
- 150 Daily Boost 7AM GST (Daily), 250 Weekly Boost every Saturday 7AM (Weekly).
2. When does Resurrection Scrolls get refilled?
- 5 Resurrection Scrolls reset Daily 7AM (GST)
Where do I report the XIGNCODE errors?
- There were some users having problems with our security program Xigncode. Currently, we are doing our best to solve the problem.
Those who are still encountering the problem, please send us the xigncode.log file to
[email protected] with your symptoms.
We need the log file to analyze the problem.

**C9 : The directory folder where you have installed your C9 client.
If you have trouble while updating the Xigncode patch, please click 'File Check' button on C9 launcher after clicking 'Start Game'.
3. Are there IP blocks in specific countries?
- Yes there are. Since Korea, Japan, China and Thailand have their own services in the region with its own publishers, we have blocked the IPs listed above. For those who are included in the region, please connect to its official website for local services.
4. Is Bladedancer, Bulletshooter available?
- No, Bladedancer, Bulletshooter will be updated in the future. Currently there are 14 class availiable as below.
Fighter : Guardian, Warrior, Blademaster, Berserker
Hunter : Ranger, Assassin, Scout, Shadow
Shaman : Illusionist, Taoist, Elementalist, Reaperess
Witchblade : Slayer, Warden
5. How can we move money and item to my other character (Same account)?
- You can send money or items to your other sub-characters by using the Warehouse (storage). The warehouse is shared per account.
6. I'm stuck with something during the game play, where can we get some helps about C9?
- You can always get ‘Help Guide’ by pressing 'F1' button in-game.
7. How can we search for NPC?
- There is a NPC tracker menu on the right side of screen below the mini map. You can search NPC's Name or find them by going through the list.
8. How do we create a guild?
- You have to talk to Guild Manager NPC in a Village, it costs 10,000 Gold.
9. How do we create Guild Emblem?
- After creating a guild, once you guild reach Guild Level 5.
Place your guild emblem at your PC directory C:\My Documents\C9\ImageFiles or C:\Users\Home\Documents\C9\ImageFiles
Open up a guild menu by pressing U button, click on ‘Registration’ next to ‘Guild Crest'
Check the image and click 'confirm'.
Please check if your emblem of guild meets the need.
10. I can’t start with client
- Login to website(
http://c9.webzen.com/) > Click ‘Play’ button > Get auto patch > Login through client.
11. Keys don’t work after changing key bindings.
- Delete all files in CIF folder (Path: My document\C9\CIF). It will reset your key bindings.
