Mỗi lần chuyển dbs thì số lượng dbs chuyển phải chẳn (10*n + phí chuyển) (n thuộc số tự nhiên và n>=2 ^^) , số lượng dbs nhỏ nhất để chuyển là 20 dbs , tức là 20 dbs + 1dbs phí chuyển là 21 dbs, chứ có 19dbs thì nó sẽ không chuyển cho ....
