MATCH REGULATIONS:
-Qualification: in order to qualify to compete in a match, each player must use the
correct class of ship, and their entire crew (ALL SAILORS) must be at or less than
the “Sailor Level Cap?listed for that match.
-Premium/Event/Rental Ships: Are NOT allowed.
-Ship Setup: Any and all armament configurations are allowed on the ship as long as
they are within standard “Shared XP?game rules for that ship type (IE: BB gun
calibers, CV fighter types). Basically, if it’s legal in a Great Battle/Blitzkrieg, it’s legal
for these matches.
-Start Times: All players wishing to participate must enter the battle room within 5
minutes of start time/TNF announcement. After that time, Match Officials will close
and start the room; they will NOT reopen it for late joiners. Please have your ships
and crew ready PRIOR to the start times. “Prep Rooms?are allowed in area 19 prior
to the matches.
-Match Officials: The officials for each match will be TeamNF Moderators or Registered
MO Referees (Referee Fleet Tag). These officials have the final say in all ruling of the
matches, causing problems for these officials such as arguing or rude behavior will
not be allowed and may result in disqualification from the event.
-Conversation: Do not use open chat during the opening period of the match,
Officials needs to get players moved around and matches started quickly, added
chat will only delay this process. Once the match is in progress, it is acceptable to
use team chat (F2) to discuss the battle etc. Only match officials should be telling
players to move from one team to the other.
-Crashes: Due to the number of players who will be attending, Officials cannot afford
to restart matches for players who crash, our apologies.
-Out of Synch Matches: If Officials determine that the match is out of synch, they will
announce it and call for a battle restart. All participants (even those sunk), may
rejoin the new match and start over.
-Disagreements: Any disagreements players have with Officials, should be handled
professionally, after the match by joining the referee ready room in area 19 and
discussing it with Officials there. If no resolution can be obtained, the TNF Event
Coordinator will make the final decision.
Team Killing...along with any other style of play not normally considered to be "legal"
will be punished by disqualification from the match...
-Anything else not listed will revert to standard match rules used by MO event team,
listed in the MO event forums at:
