Dear community,
It's been a while since you heard of us or any updates besides the megaphone removal from Miu Miu but now we are here to announce an other awesome new update. Please read this thread carefully.

I will put this at the start to give it the importance it deserves. I'd like to thank Hidden for making this possible. He is doing a great job and without him we wouldn't have been able to do this. Furthermore I'd like to thank the small tester group who helped us test the new content and reported the bugs so we could fix them. Big thanks to Hidden and the testers.

Now that the important part is done it's time to announce what all this is about. Some of you might have read it somewhere and others not. We have been working on a big surprise for the community and this surprise is now getting revealed. It has recently come to global MapleStory and now about 1 week later it will come to Extalia as well. Ascension!
During the past week we have been working alot on this update but this is not all, I mean what would Extalia be without an extra surprise, right?
Together with the Ascension patch we'd like to announce an all new character class. This new class is known in Korea MapleStory and will soon be known in ExtaliaMS as well. Cannon Shooter is arriving.
That's right we added Cannon Shooters, however, there are a few things you should know before creating one. As they were not released in global MapleStory yet we had to customize a few things such as the character creation of Cannon Shooters. If you want to create one you will have to create a normal Explorer and when you for the first time log on it you will be asked whether you want to go the path of a Cannon Shooter or not. Another important thing are skills. I already said it, since globalMS doesn't have them yet we couldn't sniff the buffs for Cannon Shooter, which doesn't mean that buffs dont work. We managed to guess most buffstats (some kind of code) for the Cannon Shooter buffs. At the moment there are two buffs which won't be working. For one there is Barrel Roulette and then there is also Double Down which are not working. Other than those two everything else works.

An an other important note which was already said for the v1.00 update but still applies for this update. Keep in mind that this will be an all new fresh update for Extalia and that there is no way that all features are implemented. So if you happen to see a missing feature, please do not spam the bug list thread or suggestion forum with it, you can be sure that we will be adding those in time.

Time for the question part!!! One of the most important question which people keep asking is probably the wipe question and the answer is as simple as that. NO! THERE WILL BE NO WIPE!!! Just because a server decides to update doesn't mean that the server has to wipe or have you seen Maple Global wiping after each patch!? And since we are already at it this goes for server restarts too. A server restart or a database backup doesn't mean we are going to wipe.
And now the probably second most important question. When will the update be? We are not 100% sure about the exact time yet. It will either be on October 14th (Friday) or it will be on October 15th (Saturday), depending on how progress goes.

You are almost done reading, hang in there because now are coming the update instructions.
In order to play v1.01 you will need MapleStory v1.01 and the v1.01 Extalia client which has yet to come on Friday or Saturday. The easiest way to get v1.01 would probably be by making a copy of your v1.00 folder and then using a Manual Patcher to update. Another way is to download the v1.01 setup and install. Either way should work fine.

Download this and drag it in your copied v1.00 folder and then run it.

Thấy bảo cannon shooter có sẵn trong file wz lần này rồi mà, nhưng gms chưa đưa ra thôi. Cho nên bọn hidden-street vào xem và update hết skill lên rồi

Cụ thể chứ ko phải ước chừng . Tụi GMS khi release Patch cũng có tin bảo trì cụ thể mà.

Không hiểu sao tớ ko chơi được game nữa. Cài lại game, update xong rồi ném cái sever kia vào thư mục cài đặt mà bật lên nó cứ báo lỗi yêu cầu send error report, dont send....

Chỉ cần nó cho cái dmg skill finishing blow lên thêm 60% cho tròn 200% là mình đã thấy ấm lòng lắm rồi

Không hiểu sao tớ ko chơi được game nữa. Cài lại game, update xong rồi ném cái sever kia vào thư mục cài đặt mà bật lên nó cứ báo lỗi yêu cầu send error report, dont send....

Update cho cái GMS thì sao xài đc client Extalia nữa Extalia chỉ chạy trên client v100 thôi.
