còn tùy thời điểm thường nó trả lời trong vòng 2 ngày.còn nếu quá nhiều truong hợp cần giải quyêt có thể lâu hơn mình gặp mấy trường hợp gần 1 tuần mới giải quyết

Cố gắng chờ khoảng 1-2 tuần đi 3-4 ngày viết 1 cái mail.Tôi từng bị banned 2 acc có trade mua gold để up epic fly.Hơn 1 tuần thì lấy lại được cả 2 nè ;))
 
tùy thằng GM nữa bạn à , tôi bị bay cái acc vì hay cho bạn bè mượn gold mua mount và đi raid bỏ gold ra mua gear nè

Bác đăng nhập acc nó tự dl rất là nhanh và ko bị lỗi up lại nhiều lần

Blizz sẽ trả lời bạn trong 48 giờ ,nếu không thấy thì hãy send lại mail đó hoặc vào trang http://forum.gamevn.com/redirector.php?url=http://us.blizzard.com/support/webform-us.xml?gameId=11 để thông báo về trường hợp của mình
 
Hình như trong trường hợp này phải diến thông tin rôi đóng dấu xác nhân lên ảnh fax sang cho Blizz, nếu ko có khả năng làm việc này thì hình như trên forum này có mấy người nhận hỗ trợ làm thì phải.
