Soul Sacrifice Comes to North America and Europe in April/May, Pre-Order Bonuses Include Japanese Voice Track

It took a while, but Sony has finally announced that we’ll be able to play the much-anticipated PlayStation Vita game Soul Sacrifice from April 30th in North America and May 1st in Europe. Like other big PS Vita games, it will be sold both in stores and on the PlayStation Store.

As for pre-order bonuses, Soul Sacrifice will come with exclusive in-game content that won’t be sold on the PSN at a later date. This includes two unique costumes and the following three magic items to use in battle:

Spirits’ Flamepike – Shards of the spear provided by Fire spirits, unleashing a five hit combo attack with heat effects
Spirits’ Blightstone – Explosive stones with poison effects provided by the spirits
Spirits’ Fulgurwood – Root provided by the Thunder spirits. Tracks enemies on the ground and attacks with thunder spell
They don’t stop there either, as everyone who pre-orders will be given the Japanese voice-over pack for free. It will be sold for a price at game launch, though if you want it for free, put some money down on it now.


Project Lead Keiji Inafune issued a statement about the release date announcement:

I’m excited that we are finally able to announce the release date of Soul Sacrifice. I have put all my passion and soul into the game’s concept and my talented team has made an incredible effort to create the best game it could ever be. I’m confident that we’ve created an extremely engaging game that you will enjoy playing.

The game has become nothing like any other game with an original and deep world settings which could only be possible in a dark fantasy environment. I’m looking forward to you being able to experience the unique adventure of real heroism in Soul Sacrifice. Immerse yourself in the world of Soul Sacrifice and have fun playing it!

Muramasa Rebirth For Vita Will Have A Completely New English Localization

UPDATE: The game will feature a separate “jump” button, unlike the Wii version, which used “up” on the D-Pad or analog stick for jumping.

Following our reveal earlier today, Aksys have officially announced the PlayStation Vita version of Muramasa: The Demon Blade for a U.S. release. In North America, the game will be titled Muramasa Rebirth.

The original version of Muramasa on Wii was published by Ignition Entertainment and was somewhat lacking in its bland localization. Muramasa Rebirth, on the other hand, is getting a completely new localization from Aksys.

Additionally, Aksys have also confirmed that the previously reported paid DLC, which will allow you to play four additional short scenarios with four new characters, will be made available for purchase in North America.

Aksys haven’t announced a release date for Muramasa Rebirth yet.

Looks Like Arc System Works Will Release Vita Guilty Gear In The West

Arc System Works is making Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R for PlayStation Vita. We saw a build of the game at Tokyo Game Show, but so far the title has only been announced for Japan.

Since it’s Guilty Gear we figured it would be localized, perhaps by Aksys who handles the BlazBlue series. Instead Arc System Works appears to be handling Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus on their own. JPGames found a rating for Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R in Germany’s USK rating board which lists Arc System Works as the publisher. Digital release then?

Các ông dốt bỏ xừ. =) Đợt bảo hùa nhau xui hắn bán máy đi để đỡ luẩn quẩn ở đây thì ko chẳng mấy ai nhảy vào. Xui được hắn bán con Vita đi mua 3DS chơi FE thì có phải đỡ nhức mắt ko...=)

Đồng ý là mình nóng tính. Nhưng cũng phải nhận xét thẳng là cái nick trên troll ở khối topic mình đã "lượn" qua và luôn để lại các comment "bất hủ". Khách quan thường lờ đi chả để ý làm j, nhưng cái cảm giác mới sáng sớm tỉnh dậy đang vui vào post news cho mọi người đùng đùng phát có đứa đánh rắm vào. Die hard fan của Nintendo đó mà cứ chui vào topic Sony chê bai này nọ.

@Horse: bạn mua Vita phí $ lắm. Mình thật sự khuyên bạn bán Vita chờ có giả lập Vita hẵng chơi.

22/2 này là kỷ niệm 1 năm của vita, nghe thằng admin bảo là sẽ có event gì đó, chắc mấy game vita định mua hoãn chưa mua vội, biết đâu 22 nó lại nhét vào đợt giảm giá

Hy vọng năm nay Vita sẽ có những bước đi tích cực
