Jak & Daxter Collection is now official for the PlayStation Vita.

The package is pretty much identical to the original PS3 release. Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak II, and Jak 3 have all been remastered in HD. Some mini-games will offer new touch-based mechanics.

Jak & Daxter Collection will be available this June in both North America and Europe. Pricing is set at $29.99 / €29.99.

Spanish retailer lists Rayman Legends for PS Vita

Spanish retailer FNAC is listing Rayman Legends for PS Vita.

The Ubisoft Montpellier-developed game is currently confirmed for Wii U, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. A handheld version has not been announced.

Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery coming soon to PSVita

Lucid Games, a developer formed by staff of the defunct Bizarre Creations and the studio behind PSVita discovery app Travel Bug have announced a new game for the platform. Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery is an episodic puzzle-adventure title starring Jacob, a young boy who just arrived at Camp Eagle. Jacob likes to keep to himself so rather than spending time with the other campers he’s out exploring the wilderness, and that’s when he stumbles upon the legendary Bigfoot.
Powered by Unreal Engine 3 Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery has a unique visual style influenced by vinyl toys. The team at Lucid promise some challenging puzzles as well as a great story written by BAFTA winner George Poles. No information on a release or pricing details were shared but more information is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.

Toukiden demo patch incoming, second demo set for June

Tecmo Koei announced a new demo for both platforms will launch in mid-June. It will allow players to create their own character and play the game from its opening. Save data from this demo can be transferred to the retail version, which launches in Japan on June 27.
