Về vấn đề IDM thì mình nghĩ là do mạng cả thôi bạn ạ , giống như mạng FPT thỉnh thoảng down acc rapid cũng chỉ có hơn 30 kb/s ... Bạn nên cập nhật IDM tới bản mới nhất là 5.14

- Down về giải nén ra dạng gì, thường mà file có pass pinoypsp thường là dạng PSP, cậu phải giải nén ra thành file ISO mới được.
